The meeting of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, the 6th meeting of Cyber Security and Informatization Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and the 1st meeting of Comprehensive Assessment Work Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee in 2024 were held on April 25 to carefully learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions made recently, and research and deploy relevant work. Li Hongjun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, presided over the meeting.

It was stressed at the meeting that we should completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy, give full play to Nanchang’s regional advantage for linking the east with the west and connecting the south to the north, accelerate to build “one junction and four centers”, take the initiative in integrating into national major long-term strategies for regional development, adhere to develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions, set foot in Nanchang’s resource endowment, industrial foundation and scientific research conditions, give full play to the leading role of innovation in developing new quality productive forces and the entity role of enterprises in innovation driving, coordinate to boost the upgrading of advantageous traditional industries, the cultivation and expansion of emerging industries, and the advanced layout of future industries, adhere to boost large-scale development with large-scale opening-up, continue to build market-oriented, law-based and international first-class business environment, make great efforts in investment promotion, actively promote industrial cooperation, innovation coordination and talents exchange, adhere to support high-quality development with high-quality protection, deeply win a battle for environmental protection, practically focus on the rectification of problems put forward after ecological environmental protection supervision, vigorously advance urban-rural integrated development, make good use of Zhejiang Province’s experience in launching the project “Green Rural Revival Program”, do a solid job in the special action of “two renovations and one improvement”, further promote rural revitalization in all aspects, act on the principle that a city should be built by the people and for the people, boost more intelligent, higher efficient and more accurate urban governance, deepen the construction of urban-rural spiritual civilization, comprehensively advance the resilient urban construction, make solid efforts on every piece of work concerning the people's livelihood, and continue to strengthen people’s sense of gain, well-being and safety.
