The meeting of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area was held on April 17 to carefully learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions made recently, and research and deploy the implementation opinion of the New Area. Li Hongjun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area, presided over the meeting.

It was learned and implemented at the meeting the spirit of Xi’s important speeches made when chairing a symposium on further energizing the central region in the new era and made during his inspection tour of Hunan. It was stressed at the meeting that we should advance the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing industry with innovation guidance, promote the deep integration of sci-tech innovation and industrial innovation, develop new quality productive forces demonstrating the New Area’s features, accurately grasp the target and task of comprehensively deepening the reform, accelerate to solve the difficulties restricting high-quality development, boost the construction of market-oriented, law-based and international business environment, take active actions in integrating into the new pattern of regional coordinated development, dock the service for integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other national strategies, deepen the coordinated development with the cities along the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, actively undertake industrial transfer of coastal areas, always keep in mind the positioning of state-level new area, follow the work concept of “activating resources, improving supporting facilities, strengthening industries and gathering popularity”, make every effort to promote economic development, further stimulate vigor and strengthen power, continue to consolidate and make good use of existing sci-tech innovation platforms, improve the transformation efficiency of sci-tech innovation, strengthen the enterprises’ entity position for innovation, accelerate to establish first-class innovative ecological system, consolidate and expand the achievements in theoretical study program, well carry out the learning and education of the Party disciplines, and kept up our efforts to tackle pointless formalities, bureaucratism.
