Our city takes the lead in launching interim and afterwards regulation reform for enterprises, and creates “Nanchang Pattern” for the informationalized and legalized interim and afterwards regulation reform for enterprises. Our experience in the “six in one” integrated approval mechanism reform was promoted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development nationwide, and we have built the first indoor constitutional law center in the province, the ten-mile-long rule of law and incorrupt government culture corridor along Ganjiang River in Nanchang, and other positions for the culture of rule by law…… In recent years, our city takes the construction of the “first region of Jiangxi for good governance” for the rule of law in Jiangxi as target, focuses on the decision deployment of the CPC Central and Provincial Committees for the construction of rule of law, comprehensively advances scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, judicial justice, and observance of law by all, and adheres to take the lead in “setting an example and striving for the first”, having provided solid guarantee of rule of law for building “one junction and four centers” and realizing “two great improvements”.
