It was announced this morning that the first World Low Carbon and Eco-economy Conference and Technical Exposition, which is organized by 5 nation ministries and commissions and Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, will be held on November 19 this year in Nanchang.

    This morning, 5 nation ministries and commissions held the press conference at Beijing Exhibition Center. It introduced the condition about the first World Low Carbon and Eco-economy Conference and Technical Exposition. Mr. Qiu Baoxing, the vice minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Mr. Cao Jianlin, the vice minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Han Yongwen, the secretary-general of National Development and Reform Commission, Ms. Xie Ru, the vice-governor of Jiangxi Province, Mr. Hu Xian, the mayor of Nanchang, Mr. Wan Bentai, the general engineer of the Ministry of Environmental Prtection and some other leaders were on the rostrum. There were totally more than 400 people participated the conference.
